Dr. Susan Coats has a special trait of listening very carefully as I explain my vision status at each exam.
She has identified issues and made adjustments to my prescription each time that help me see clearly!
My most recent prescription has made a world of difference and I am so thankful for her expertise and

John Coats and the rest of the staff do an excellent job with processing claims, making appointments and
keeping my eyeglasses adjusted as needed. With my new prescription I chose new frames for regular
and sunglasses. They fit me so well thanks to the staff being so experienced in proper fitting and
appropriate sizing for my smaller face. I was given plenty of time to choose frames and everyone was
so helpful and friendly! I love my glasses and the perfect prescription! I strongly recommend the Optical
Shop for all your eyewear needs!

This place is amazing! Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. Dr. Susan takes the time to explain everything she finds during the exam in detail and answer all questions you have. They did forget to order my contacts one time, but were very apologetic about it, put a rush on the order, provided me with an extra temporary pair, and they came in the following business day.

I have been going to The Optical Shop for a couple of years now. Not only are the exams professional and through, they really listen to your concerns about different things. For example I was having issues with sitting in front of a computer and they worked with me to fix the problem. They also have a great selection of glasses. I find that can be one of the hardest things to find. I’m wearing them everyday so I want them to be stylish!
